I found out about Ms Adeline through a remote working group on FB. She was recommended by someone and I contacted her at the time bcos I was looking for additional income. I left KL for a bit bt once in a while we still kept contact and when I came back, I decided to reach out to her to ask if there are any opportunities again. She helped me out immediately that same night and so far, the job that I've been doing has given me at least some income for the time being while i'm still looking for a more stable solution.
Really appreciate her help thus far!

I knew Adeline for some years but we have mostly been in touch through Facebook. I know personally that she is a dedicated mother and has passion for what she does. When i saw her posting that she was looking for people to join her project, i did not hesitate to offer as i had the expertise that she required for the project. As i got into the project, it not only was a genuine endeavour but also i can see the team working together to achieve the "Targets" and Adeline was the key person in this Team. I thank her for giving me the opportunity to be part of the project and am glad that this has been a positive experience. I believe the team can grow to newer heights moving forward in this trajectory.

I was looking for a part-time remote job which aligned with my skillset. When I was scrolling through the ALEPS Facebook page, it comes to my attention that there is a part-time job which utilizes my Japanese. I immediately contacted Ms Adeline and waited for an opening. I just started and so far everything is good and I am getting all the support needed for me to complete my tasks. It was challenging at first to find the time to complete the task but I always get the encouragement and guidance. I can say that this not only helps me financially but also learning soft skills and other new skills.

I met Ms. Adeline through a job advertisement post in Facebook's Group for Japanese & Japanese Speakers in Malaysia. She is very nice in person, understanding and full of empathy. I joined her webinar and was inspired with the concept "age is just a number, everyone has their own value". Then I was accepted to do this job.
This job helps me to improve my Japanese language especially in reading. Through it I found my passion and the path which I should pursue. I also gain new knowledge and can view life from a different perspective.

I have been looking for Japanese-related part-time jobs for a long time, but I don't know where to start or where to go. Until I came across this company's advertisement in one of the Japanese job portals on Facebook. All the details of the company were written there, so it was easy to check on them.
When I messaged the PIC, I got a call in return immediately and was well explained about the job. The job is super easy for a person who graduated from Japan like me. It will be a good start and experience for people who learned Japanese with JLPT N3. The best part is that the payment is made twice a month directly into my account and is never late. It is a network search-related task that you can do anywhere, anytime, without your makeup on, as long as there is an internet connection. The more you do, the more you get. All you need is very strong enthusiasm, self-discipline, and to be a target achiever. I am very happy and relieved that I got this opportunity. It really supports me in buying cooking oils, detergent, and all my weekly groceries.

Throughout my time working with her, she is a dedicated person who committed in helping each and one of us by providing a good discussion, reminder and willing to listen to everyone in the team in order to achieve our target. Through this, I have learnt to manage my time, how to work as a good team member and to make necessary judgement when needed.
I am thankful for this opportunity and believe that this new experience will help me to improve my skills in future.

1. What you learned on the 21st ?
I learnt about how to write resume effectively and get more insight on how to prepare for the interview correctly. I learnt that it is important to control nervousness and maintain eye contact with the interviewer during the interview session. In addition, the
most important thing is show a good manner and common sense during the interview.
2. How did you find the whole webinar?
The webinar was the most useful and interactive session for me. I've learnt something that not taught at another webinar I've joined so far. The contents was well structured and right precisely all about what a job seeker need to know to ace the interview and be
hired. What I like the most is proverb "everyone has their own value", bring up selfconfidence and self-worth values in every participant.
Thanks for conducting webinar. It was very informative and clearly presented. I picked up
many useful and relevant tips. These are part of personal development.

I was invited to attend a webinar on the 21st of April 2024 on how attributes such as appearance, personality and body language can help people secure a job. The webinar was highly informative - below are some key takeaways.
Personality is crucial for a successful interview. Employers seek people with the right demeanor, attitude, and cultural fit for their organization. Interviewers will assess traits
such as confidence, adaptability, resilience, and interpersonal skills during the interview process - a candidate's ability to convey authenticity, enthusiasm, and professionalism can significantly influence the interviewer's perception of their suitability for the role.
Body language such as posture, eye contact and facial expressions can either reinforce or contradict the verbal message being conveyed. A candidate who displays open and positive body language is more likely to be perceived as confident, trustworthy, and
competent.
The way a candidate speaks, listens, and interacts with the interviewer also has a profound impact on the impression they make. A polite and respectful tone conveys professionalism and courtesy, while clear and articulate communication demonstrates confidence and clarity of mind. By adopting a positive tone and manner throughout the interview, candidates can establish rapport, build trust, and leave a lasting impression on
the interviewer.
On the whole, I would say the webinar was very successful at imparting its intended lessons, and I look forward to similar programs in future.

Ms. Adeline and Ms. Sajni gave an eye-opening session on how to increase our confidence during interviews and gave examples using case studies for a more vivid explanation. It was an extremely informative session as I had not gone for any interviews for years after my internship application.
